Jeanette has exceeded expectations within the Finance department. She willingly assisted and filled in for our Cashier(s) while juggling her day-to-day responsibilities in Local Business Tax. Her consistency and reliability were the reason our department never skipped a beat during one of our busiest times of the year (Annual Waste and Business Tax Renewal collections). Jeanette's dedication to the team and accountability was felt throughout the entire department. Her persistence and service quality in keeping our residents first is one of the many excellent attributes she contributes and brings every day.
