The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced professional firm (“Proposer”) to provide Gymnastics Center Program Management Services at the War Memorial Youth Center.
On October 31, 2025, the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued, and distributed Request for Proposals (RFP) 2025-044 Gymnastics Programming Services. One hundred (100) prospective proposers were notified by INFOR, the City’s web-based e-Procurement system
On November 26, 2025, two (2) firms submitted proposals in response to the RFP: Gym Kidz LLC and Tumblebees Gymnastics.
The responses were reviewed by the Procurement Division in order to determine responsiveness to the requirements of the RFP. The Procurement Division finalized its due diligence process and confirmed that Gym Kidz LLC and Tumblebees Gymnastics are both responsive to the requirements of the RFP and responsible bidders.
On December 19, 2025, the Evaluation Committee convened to evaluate the two (2) responsive and responsible proposals and ranked the firms in the following order: Tumblebees Gymnastics (top ranked), and Gym Kidz LLC (second ranked). The Evaluation Committee determined that Tumblebees Gymnastics was the highest ranked responsive-responsible proposer.
The Evaluation Committee further recommended that should negotiations fail with Tumblebees Gymnastics, negotiations could be conducted with the next ranked firm, Gym Kidz LLC (second ranked).
