1. The Board made a motion to adopt a resolution in remembrance of Florence Dawson, who passed away on February 25, 2008.
2. An update was given by the IT Department regarding cell phone usage in the City.
3. Updates were given on the following: Resolutions on parking/City greening and bike racks; Possible use of private garages for after-hours parking; Possibility of "fast tracking" green buildings.
4. An update was given on the Art Cinema.
5. The Board discussed Wine Bars in the City.
6. Updates: Senior Housing, Education Compact.
7. Additional Business: Name change of Ponce Development Association, Vacancies on Miracle Mile.
