Body
Resolution No. 2007-187, passed and adopted by the City Commission on October 10, 2006 established fees for various licenses, permits, services and penalties by the City of Coral Gables.  Since then the resolution has been updated various times.  Attached is a "marked up version" of the amended resolution with proposed changes showing the existing fees as strike outs.
 
A study was conducted by JRD & Associates, Inc. on the fees schedule of the Development Services Department.  The last fee adjustment was adopted on November 18, 2008 and it is JRD & Associates, Inc.'s recommendation to implement the attached Development Services Department new fee schedule effective August 1, 2010.
