Title

A Resolution of the Waterway Advisory Board recommending the City Commission amend the City Zoning Code to include notice to the Waterway Advisory Board of waterway properties seeking a variance related to the waterway or requesting conditional use.

 

Body

The Waterway Advisory Board’s purpose is to identify and recommend improvement opportunities respect to Coral Gables Waterway and feels this motion is in line with the Board’s purpose.

 

 

At the December 4, 2024, the Waterway Advisory Board (WAB) meeting, the below motion was made:

 

Mr. Chamizo made a motion to amend the proposed resolution recommending to the City Commission to amend the City Zoning Code to include notice to the Waterway Advisory Board of waterway properties seeking a variance relating to the waterway or requesting a conditional use . The motion was seconded by Mr. Galan, and all members voted in favor. The motion was adopted unanimously.
