"Fabio's qualities are: He goes above and beyond his normal job duties, he is a team player, works very well with others, always has a 'can do' positive attitude, solves problems, offers help, gives support, extremely created and self motivated.
 
Fabio's values: He is very responsible, dedicated, honest, loyal, has high integrity, innovative, always coming up with new ideas to help not just the Parks and Recreation Department, but the overall City of Coral Gables."
