The nomination was given by Carlos Perez, Automotive Department, who had this to say about Jesus:
"Mr. Cordero performs his daily tasks in an efficient and effective manner. Mr. Cordero is truly an asset to the department with his enthusiastic approach to his work. He is always willing to assist anyone who asks and greets customers as they walk into the shop. He is very knowledgeable in his work and often seeks to improve his skills as a mechanic. His thoroughness and safety-oriented approach further enhances this department. He is well organized and always has a pleasant disposition. I believe that Jesus Cordero is an excellent candidate for employee of the month as he has been and is an inspiration to this department and myself personally."
