It is recommended that the proposed Resolution be approved.
Brief History
Proposed amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Coral Gables and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), dated February 11, 2005, has been reviewed and approved by the South Florida Water Management District.
 
The proposed amendment provides for an extension of time to complete the construction and engineering services of the project, and a change in the scope of work by eliminating eleven (11) locations proposed for drainage improvements and substituting with eleven (11) new locations that have a greater need for drainage improvement.
