Chairman’s report
• Speeding limit on Lejeune
• Feedback from Miami-Dade County regarding the pedestrian walkway on Ponce Park and why it wasn’t approved in the middle section of the park.
Police Update
• Update on the accident involving a scooter near Coral Gables High School.
Members Items
• SS4a grant
• Annual traffic calming studies and traffic monitoring for the Paseo Project
• DTPW improvements at Cartagena Plaza & Lejeune Rd Bridge
• Presentation from the TIS engineer for The Mark
Traffic Project Updates:
Citywide Traffic Calming
o Zone 3 is on track. Zone 4 will go to design in the summer.
• University Dr. Sidewalks
o On track, expected completion in May.
Traffic Impact Studies:
• 2800 Douglas - The TIS was discussed. David requested more details.
• 1501 Sunset Dr - The TIS was completed and is being reviewed.
• 624 Anastasia - Consultant to perform the TIS.
DRC Updates:

New Business:
• Approval of TAB meeting date for April
o The Board agreed to meet on April 18th since the original meeting conflicted with the City Commission.
