The nomination was submitted by Walter J. Foeman, City Clerk’s Office, which provided the following:
“I would like to nominate Jean Paulson for Employee of the Month. Paulson is an IT System Specialist, who began working for the City of Coral Gables in April, 2014. Since then, the City Clerk's Department has had numerous opportunities to call the IT Help Desk and in many instances, Mr. Jean was assigned to take care of the problem(s), often times going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Paulson should also be commended for following up on any service call he has made to our department, a sign of not only caring but dedication in providing excellent service. Paulson has proven time and time again to be quite knowledgeable and he is just a breath of fresh air, a pleasure to work with and an asset to the Coral Gables family.”
