Firefighter Hibbert has been selected as July’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our Fire Department. Firefighter Hibbert went above and beyond his expected duties to develop a comprehensive EMS probationary module that is now used to train all new firefighters. This initiative will improve the knowledge and readiness of our incoming members.
Firefighter Hibbert is always willing to lend a hand and exhibit exceptional professionalism.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department, Jason Hibbert, Jr. is nominated Firefighter of the month for July 2025.
