Title: Ordinance on Second Reading. An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Coral Gables, Florida, approving the purchase of properties at 5028 Maggiore Street, lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 99, revised plat of Coral Gables Riviera Section Part Two, for an amount of $1,290,000, utilizing funds from Miami-Dade General Obligation Bond. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2004-30, and in accordance with the terms of City Resolution on file in the Office of the City Clerk, which provides the authority, in pertinent part, to proceed and approving any and all appropriate action to accomplish said purpose, providing a repealer provision, a savings clause, and a severability clause, and providing for an effective date.
