  At a budget workshop on July 15, 2020, the City Commission adopted a tentative millage rate for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 of 5.559; unchanged from the 5.559 rate adopted for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.  The tentative millage rate of 5.559 was used by the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser to prepare the 2020 Notice of Proposed Property Taxes that was sent to the Coral Gables property owners as a notification of their potential property taxes, as well as the date, time and virtual meeting information for the first public hearing to discuss the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget.
