A Resolution of the City Commission authorizing the acceptance of Modification No. 2 to Grant Agreement No. 4337-330-A with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) for the improvement of the existing sanitary sewer collection system project known as City 2, providing for an extension to the grant agreement and a budget increase; authorizing an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget in the amount of $392,307 to recognize the budget increase as revenue; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said modification.
