Congratulations to Driver Engineer Derek Robles recipient of the City of Coral Gables "Firefighter of the Month Award" for July 2023.

Driver Robles has been selected July's Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.

 

There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our Fire Department. His willingness to get involved with whatever project or special event is needed does not go unnoticed. He has worked with the fire explorers for several years and has been Santa Claus for children with special needs. He is an excellent representation of the department.

 

Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department, Driver Engineer Robles is nominated for Firefighter of the month for July 2023.
