The City’s Public Works Division requires a pool of qualified professionals to provide landscape architectural consulting services with the qualifications and ability to provide Landscape Architectural Consulting Services on an “as-needed basis”.
On October 21, 2025, the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued, and distributed Landscape Architectural Consulting Services, Request for Qualification (RFQ) 2025-038 with the intent to qualify a pool of up to six (6) firms. One hundred and eighty-six (186) prospective proposers were notified by INFOR, the City’s web-based e-Procurement service.
On December 5, 2025, six (6) firms responded in response to the RFQ: Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc., CPH Consulting, LLC, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Landscape DE, LLC, Miller, Legg & Associates, Inc., and Savino Miller Design Studio, P.A.
On February 9, 2026, the Evaluation Committee convened to evaluate all five (5) responsive and responsible proposals and ranked the firms in the following order: Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. (top ranked), Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (second ranked), Miller, Legg & Associates, Inc. (third ranked), Savino Miller Design Studio, P.A.
