Title: Ordinance on Second Reading. An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Coral Gables amending Chapter 50 of the Code of the City of Coral Gables, entitled "Pensions," providing for certain changes in order to comply with the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (GATT), the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA), the Small Business Job Protection Act of 1996 (SBJPA), the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 (TRA 97), the Internal Service Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 and the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000 (CRA); an effective date and repealing all Ordinances inconsistent herewith.
