Insurance Advisory Committee Meeting of February 22, 2010

1. The minutes of the January 7, 2010 will be approved at the next Insurance Advisory Committee meeting.
2. Mr. Serola requested that the Insurance Advisory Committee be notified with the status of the items presented for the Commission's approval by the committee.
3. The Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the City Commission the Medical/Dental/Life Insurance renewals as presented for approval.
4. Ms. Adler informed the committee that the Property and Casualty Insurance renewals are out to market with AON Risk Management Services, Inc. of Florida and Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., respectively.
5. The next Insurance Advisory Committee Meeting will be scheduled sometime in March 2010 to deal with the Property and Casualty renewals.
