Summary of the meeting
1. James Kay introduced himself as the new Board Secretary and gave a brief summary of his business background.
2. Mr. Kay informed the Board Members about the upcoming Santa Maria Street community meeting.
3. Update on all the on-going traffic calming installations.
4. Absence reporting request from the City Clerk was reviewed by Board Members. All Board Members have met the criteria for all absences.
