1. Board priorities were discussed: Education Compact, Trolley, Senior Citizen initiatives, Traffic Issues, Downtown Cleanup/Trash, Wireless Cloud, Redevelopment of Miracle Mile, Ombudsman, Cellular phone and traffic issues.
2. The Board discussed the proposed long term leas for the Senior Living Facility. A motion was made to endorse forwarding the project to the City Commission as presented, subject to the Palace Management Group, LLC., positively meeting all criteria.
