Brief History
The Relay for Life event consists of 500 participants. The relay will utilize Merrick Park for relays associated with the event from 6:00 a.m. on April 16, 2011 until noon on April 17, 2011, and such event will require the closure of Biltmore Way during that same time. Off-Duty Police will be on site and the approval of the event is subject to further conditions set forth by the City's Special Event Committee. All proceeds benefit The Relay for Life of Coral Gables and the American Cancer Society.
