Article 9 of the Coral Gables Zoning Code sets forth certain procedures and requirements for the city’s Art in Public Places program. The city wishes to update and clarify some of those procedures related to the Art in Public Places fee, including payment options, updating waiver options, redefining the applicability of the process to certain projects, and generally review the relevant code provisions.
