1.                     Approval of the April 23, 2008 meeting minutes

2.                     Discussed the updated Facility Contracts and Insurance Compliance Reports

4.                     The Board made a motion to approve the Dulce LLC (286 Miracle Mile), in concept, and encourages the City to continue with negotiations
