Pursuant to Section Sec. 2-59 (a)(2) of the City Code entitled “Qualifications and appointment of members,” a meeting of the City Commission shall be held in the month of May in odd-numbered years for the purpose of appointing members to all boards. Thereafter, during regular City Commission meetings each month, appointments will be made by the city commission to fill vacancies. Members of boards shall file the questionnaire and conflict of interest form with the City Clerk within 60 days of their appointment.
