The Waterway Advisory Board reviewed and discussed: Approval of Meeting Minutes March 6, 2024, meeting minutes were approved. Mr. Goldsmith made the motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Nolan, all were in favor. Discussion Code Enforcement - As requested by the Board, Mr. Antoine Loar, Code Enforcement Manager, was present at the meeting to answer the Board’s questions. Proposed Luxury Codos - Multiple residents were in attendance and shared their concerns regarding The Gables Waterway, proposed luxury condos at 6100 Caballero Blvd. Old Business Marine Patrol Sgt. Antezana reported on the violations they had in the waterways.
