Elsa began her career with the City as an Accountant II in the Finance Department in July 1989 and maintains that position to date. Through the years, her dedication to excellent work and willingness to assist fellow employees has shined like a beacon of inspiration. Elsa comes in early and stays late when needed and definitely goes that extra mile. The City is very fortunate to have a person like Elsy. She was awarded the Employee of the Month for December 1995.
Her willingness to work and learn new operating and procedural requirements of municipal accounting has been a great asset to the City and the Finance Department. She performs in a conscientious, accurate and positive manner. She is always pleasant and easy to work with and continually takes the time to inform and assist co-workers.
The City congratulates and appreciates Elsa for her 20 years of dedication, loyalty and excellent performance and looks forward to a continued relationship.
