Brief History
This project involves remediation of contaminants that have leaked from a regulated petroleum product storage tank system. On June 5, 2009 the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued and distributed the Coral Gables Country Club Environmental Remediation Request for Proposal (RFP) 2009.06.04.
On June 9, 2009 a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was held and thirteen (13) prospective proposers attended, during the period to obtain proposals a total of twenty six (26) prospective proposers registered and downloaded the documents.
On June 18, 2009 four (4) proposals were received, as follows; one (1) proposal was accepted, submitted by CEI Cherokee Enterprises, Inc, one (1) was rejected for being non responsive submitted by CRB Geological & Environmental Services, Inc. and two (2) no bids were submitted by WRS Compass and REP Associates.
