Not only is he great with residents when explaining tree health and inspections, but he also takes the time to help others in the office regarding permits and tree reports. He deserves this nomination as he is the first one to arrive everyday and one of the last to leave. He is efficient and patient. Specifically, he is always trying to find ways to help and assist others and is a great team player, and a great leader.
