Summary of Minutes

1.      Approval of the August 19, 2009 meeting minutes.

2.      Reviewed and discussed the Schedule of Outstanding Rent Report by Finance Department dated September 11, 2009.

3.      Updated the Board on Citywide projects to include the Coral Gables Country Club's environmental remediation, air conditioning, roofing and swimming pool projects.  Burge Bob's renovations were also discussed.

4.      Appearance by Michael Sparber and Ray Vorsteg to address the Board's questions regarding city facilities insurance requirements.

5.      Vice chair selection.

6.      Discussion by Board members on their responsibilities as members and issues they feel should be addressed by the City.
