Title: A Resolution of the Commission of the City of Coral Gables, Florida, approving and appropriating an expenditure of up to $10,000.00 for the public purpose of explaining the proposed Charter Amendment and informing and educating the voters of the City of Coral Gables on the question of whether to amend the City Charter, Section 54, to increase the amount of contracts on public works or improvement which require public bid and award to be placed on the April 14, 2009 Special Municipal Referendum Election Ballot, in order, to achieve a more informed electorate vote.
