Driver Mizrahi has been selected May’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our Fire Department. His initiative to discover that the UM maps didn’t match the new buildings on Campus and then do his own driver familiarization shows his attention to detail. Driver Mizrahi was able to communicate with UMPD and able to obtain the new maps. He was willing to even go the extra mile to get them printed and laminated for the department. His willingness to notice this small but significant detail made a huge difference.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department, Driver Engineer Mizrahi is nominated for Firefighter of the month for May 2023.
