That a Resolution accepting the bid of Gavarrete, Inc., in the sum of $99,100.00, as the lowest and most responsive bid for the renovation of City Hall's first floor bathroom facilities and renovation to the building to comply with ADA requirements, be approved by the City Commission.
Brief History
City Hall's first floor bathroom facility must be brought up to meet ADA requirements, as well as interior renovations of the building to also meet ADA requirements.
Bids from pre-qualified contractors were received and opened on April 22, 2008. The Bid Summary is as follows:
