That the City Commission adopt a Resolution authorizing Ad Valorem tax relief for the property located at 1910 Country Club Prado, a local historic landmark, legally described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 26, Coral Gables Section ā€œEā€, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 86, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The approximate tax exemption requested is for a $252,840 improvement, which could correspond to approximately $1,327.41 per year and approximately $13,274.10 over ten years.
