Landscape Beautification Advisory Board Special Meeting of January 12, 2009

BOARD-AS-A-WHOLE APPOINTMENT: Chairman Maricris Longo noted that there were two individuals that were being considered for the Board-As-A-Whole appointment; Stanley Matz and Bruce Brockhouse. Robert Parsley motioned to “Nominate Bruce Brockhouse as an Architect to fill the Board-As-A-Whole appointment.” The motion was seconded by Barbara Katzen. After a discussion clarifying aspects of conflict of interest a vote was taken and the motion was adopted with a unanimous vote.
CORAL WAY & SEGOVIA STREET ROUNDABOUT: Dan Keys reported that the landscape plans that the board indicated they were not in favor of during the January 8, 2009 meeting, are going before the Historic Preservation Board this Thursday for their recommendation.
