Body
Resolution No. 2009-267 was passed and adopted on September 22, 2009 imposing a Fire Protection Assessment against assessed property located within the City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2009.
 
Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, requires that the City hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution of intent to use the uniform method of collection for any assessment program in the calendar year prior to any such collection.
