OLD BUSINESS:
LANDSCAPE BEAUTIFICATION AWARDS: General discussion took place regarding the number of nominations per Board Member. The selection process was scheduled to take place at the February meeting.
ARBOR DAY: Discussion took place on the arrangements that have been confirmed. The date selected was April 26, 2013 and the location was the intersection of Augusto St., Marius St. and Mall. Further discussions took place regarding the participation of students, the content of the program and other event details.
