1. New Board member Frank Lynn was introduced.
2. Adam Rosenblum from The Palace made a presentation on The Palace in Coral Gables.
3. Dr. Schiff gave a report on the upcoming Art Show and Carol Brock spoke about possible sponsors.
4. Anastasia Smith gave a report on senior recreation activities.
5. Paul Hunt spoke about the possible taxi discount program.
6. The lease with the University Baptist Church was discussed and a request was made to e-mail a copy to each Board member.
7. Carol Brock was elected as the new Board Chair.
