A Resolution amending Resolution No. R2008-94 to include repairs and new installations for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 per year by Weathertrol Maintenance Corporation as the provider of citywide heating, ventilation, air conditioning services and maintenance.

Resolution No. R2008-94 adopted on June 26, 2008 provided for the Services and Maintenance for $57,000.00, however, the Repairs and New Installations portion of the bid was inadvertently left out. Therefore, this Amended Resolution provides for the awarding of said additional services for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
The contract is effective retroactive from June 26, 2008 for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for an additional three (3) one year period.
Citywide Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Services will be funded by the Public Works Department, Maintenance Division.
