It is recommended that the City Commission amend Resolution No. 27935 waiving garage sale fees for senior citizens sevety years of age or over.
Explanation
On February 25, 1992, Resolution No. 27935 was passed and adopted, establishing a fee of $30.00 for a garage sale permit pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 6-9 of the "Zoning Code", effective april 1, 1992, and rescinding Resolution No. 25016.
