Brief History
This Joint Participation Agreement is necessary in order for Miami-Dade County to disburse the Impact Fee funds for the construction of the Segovia Street Median Project, along Segovia Street from Bird Road (S. W. 40th Street) to Biltmore Way.
This project will improve vehicular and pedestrian safety, as well as provide on increase in roadway capacity.
