Brief History
This Joint Participation Agreement is necessary in order for Miami-Dade County to disburse the Impact Fee funds for the construction of the Segovia Street Median Project, along Segovia Street from Bird Road (S. W. 40th Street) to Biltmore Way.
 
This project will improve vehicular and pedestrian safety, as well as provide on increase in roadway capacity.

Traffic Advisory Board
The Board Members recommended that Public Works proceed as quickly as possible with construction of the traffic calming devices for 2008-2009.  The Segovia Street Median is part of that list.
