A Resolution of the City Commission authorizing Scoring Club LLC, located at 1300 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, to add a 2COP license for the sale of beer and wine for consumption on premises as an accessory use to a membership-based indoor golf facility, as permitted by state law, provided that total receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages does not exceed twenty-five percent of the total annual gross receipts, and permanent bars or counters not exceed forty-five square feet in surface area; subject to a valid certificate of use, local business tax, and review pursuant to Section 6-4 of the City Code; and providing for an effective date.
