CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION:
That the request for encroachment consisting of twenty-two (22) light fixtures projecting approximately 1'-3" from building face at an elevation of 8'-3"  above the sidewalks adjacent to 6701 Red Road be approved, subject to Public Works Department requirements.
