Body

Beaux Arts Festival of Art is a long standing community event scheduled for January 16^th though18^th, 2015 on Stanford Drive within the University of Miami. The City of Coral Gables has for many years provided support for this annual event, by waiving the parking fee associated with closing Stanford Drive during the festival weekend. The standard cost of the 47 parking meter rentals for this event would be $470 a day or $1,410 for the event. A letter from the Co-Chairman of the Beaux Arts Festival of Art Grounds Committee requesting the waiver of payment for parking meters is attached. This effort is intended to support development and celebration of the arts within our community.
