Title

A Resolution by the Transportation Advisory Board adopting a Zero Concurrency Policy for collector streets for the City of Coral Gables.

Body

One of the roles of the Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) is to advise and provide input to City staff regarding transportation matters that impact the City of Coral Gables’ community. TAB recognizes that in order to address the mobility needs of the community, safe, reliable transportation options must exist.

The Transportation Advisory Board requests that the City Commission adopt a resolution replacing the existing concurrency sidewalk policy and remove all concurrency requirements for sidewalk construction on collector streets.

Included for your review is the proposed TAB resolution and the June 26, 2018 meeting board minutes. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this matter.
