It is recommended that authorization be given to the City Manager to renew the Third Party Claims Administration contract with Johns Eastern Company, Inc.

After a public procurement process in late 2005, a contract was awarded to Johns Eastern Company, Inc. for Third Party Claims Administration for liability and workers compensation. The contract was awarded May 1, 2006 for a three-year term, with two one-year renewal options. This resolution provides for the first one-year renewal option.
