A Resolution authorizing Gables Chili Fest Inc.to sell alcoholic beverages on Catalonia Avenue between Ponce De Leon Blvd. and Salzedo Street on Sunday, January 14, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., during the "Gables Chili Fest" event to benefit the Knights of Columbus as well as the United Way Mission, subject to Florida Department of Professional Regulation Requirements.

This request is for Gables Chili Fest Inc. to serve alcoholic beverages during the Gables Chili Fest event and is in compliance with the laws of the State of Florida.
The event will take place on Catalonia Avenue between Ponce De Leon Blvd. and Salzedo Street on Sunday, January 14, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., this event is a social and community event, where food lovers, prepare their own chili con carne recipe and submit it for taste testing. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear music, sample chili recipes and enjoy a family environment. In addition, contributions will be made to both the United Way Mission and the Knights of Columbus organization.
This request has been reviewed by the City’s Special Events Committee.
