CASE FILE COA (SP) 2024-033 an application for the issuance of a Special Certificate of Appropriateness for the property at 2523 Alhambra Circle a Contributing Resource with the “Alhambra Circle Historic District,” legally described as Lot 17, Block 11, Coral Gables Section D, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, at Page 74, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The application requests design approval for additions and alterations to the residence and sitework. Variances are being requested of the Coral Gables Zoning Code for Section 2-101 D (4)(b)(ii) to allow for a reduction and balcony projection into the side setback and Section 3-308(I) to allow for the pool to be closer to the street than the main residence.
