A Resolution of the City Commission amending Ordinance No. 2015-17, as amended, to add fees by the Historic and Cultural Arts department, Development Services Department, and the Community Recreation Department; providing for severability, and providing for an effective date.

Historic & Cultural Arts Fee:
The Historic & Cultural Arts department is adding a fee for an administrative extension of a variance granted by the Historic Preservation Board. This is consistent with the fee charged by the Board of Adjustment for variances from that board.
Development Services Fees:
The Development Services Department is adding the fee for after-hours inspection. This fee has always existed but was inadvertently removed from a prior version of the fee schedule. This is adding it back to the published fee schedule.
Community Recreation Fees:
The Community Recreation department is adding fees to establish a structured, tiered deposit/bond requirement for special events that balances the City’s need for protection with event organizers’ need for flexibility. This addition to the fee schedule provides financial protection against damages, unpaid invoices and noncompliance.
