Brief History
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has prepared plans for the implementation of ADA improvements within the LeJeune Road right-of-way.  During the course of the preparation of the project plans, the FDOT discovered that corrections needed to be made to the curb ramp at the northeast corner of the intersection of Altara Avenue and LeJeune Road, which required a ramp expansion on to City owned property at 4133 Le Jeune Road.  In order to accomplish the correction, the FDOT has requested a temporary construction easement from the City, containing approximately 68.6 square feet.  The easement shall remain in effect for a period of 33 months after receipt of the executed easement by the FDOT.
