Unit and the South Florida Money Laundering Strike Force) Forfeited Asset Fund (F.A.F.) to the City of Coral Gables General Fund for repayment of unbudgeted and or non-operational Police Department equipment and activities.

[The City Forfeited Asset Fund (F.A.F.) Committee met on June 6th, 2007, and approved the recommendation that approval be granted for the expenditure in the amount of $22,000.00 from the Coral Gables Federal (Department of Justice and Department of Treasury) Forfeited Asset Fund (F.A.F.) monies for the purchase of a crime scene investigation vehicle conversion kit. The conversion kit will be installed in an existing Ford Expedition vehicle currently assigned to the Crime Scene Investigation Unit to enable the unit to collect evidence and conduct investigations in a manner that best preserves the evidence and the integrity of each investigation. .]
